Kylan stated with the company in 1995 as a Trainee Assistant Manager and was awarded the Assistant Manager position in Laindon 2 years later. Kylan performed very well at Laindon and was offered the management of the shop 2 years after that. In 2003 after successfully running Laindon for 3 years Kylan was made a Relief Manager so that he could gain a wider experience of working in a number of the companies different units. Kylan helped to set up Bankers Fish Restaurant in Brighton in March 2008, one of the company's boldest acquisitions, and thanks to his commitment, hard work and skill he managed to make the shop an outright success. In October 2008 Kylan was promoted to an Operations Manager.
