Graeme joined the company in 1992 as a Trainee Assistant Manager and was promoted to a Relief Manager 2 years later to gain further experience. In 1999 Graeme became Manager of a newly purchased shop in Colchester, St Johns. Under Graeme's management the shop became one of the companies busiest. The shop grew continually year on year and has become one of the company's flag ship stores. Graeme was appointed to Operations Manager in October 2008 and continues to pass on his knowledge, passion and skill to those around him.
