Wayne Shaw joined the company in 1996 as the Assistant Manager of the company’s Loughton branch.

Wayne was promoted to Manager of Chingford Mount in 1998 where he cemented his position as one of company’s top performing Managers as shown by his Manager of the Year award in recognition of the outstanding contribution to the company in that and sucessive years.

In 2003 Wayne became the Manager of Harold Hill where he proved to be an unqualified success. Wayne has also gained experience as a Relief Manager working in many different company units to widen his overall experience.
