Paul Goodgame followed in his father's footsteps by joining the company in 1994 as a Trainee Assistant Manager based in our Chingford Mount branch.

Paul had always helped his father as a youngster and used his experience coupled with his drive an ambition to make his rapid ascent through the company to Manager level. Paul was made a Manager of our Chingford Mount branch in 1996 and was then given the opportunity to run one of the company’s flag ship stores and busiest sites, Harold Hill in 1998.

In 2003 Paul was given the opportunity to manage the company’s newest acquisition, Billericay. The shop in Billericay was a real challenge for Paul as the shop was a very busy restaurant / takeaway in its own right and the company new that it would be real challenge to maintain and build on the success of the previous owners. However thanks to Paul’s hard work and skill he made an unparalleled success of the shop and in 2004 was promoted to Operations Manager.
