Tony started working for the company in 1972 in our Harold Hill branch. He was employed by Hugh as a Trainee Assistant Manager and under his tuition, progressed quickly through the ranks of the company. He has successfully managed many of the companies units and in 1980 was promoted to ‘New Site Coordinator’ which involved Tony taking on the role of opening all of the company’s new sites

 

Tony made a great success of all of the shops he opened and helped to strengthen the company’s position in the South East. In 1987 Tony was promoted to an Operations Manager and brought his hands on approach into the 8 sites he looked after. In 1997 he was made Head of Operations and remains an invaluable part of the management team.
