James is the 4th
generation of the Lipscombe family to enter into the fish and chip industry.
He completed his A levels successfully at Bishop's Stortford College
and began working for the company 2 months later in 2000. In his first
year working for the company James was voted in the top ten of the best
young fish friers in the UK.
James learnt his skills at the company's Bar Hill branch before moving
to Harlow as an Assistant Manager 3 months later. He then worked in various
company units to gain a wider understanding of the business.
James was made a Manager in his first year with the company was given
the opportunity to Manage Harold Hill, making him the 4th generation
of Lipscombe's to run their famous shop. He ran the shop extremely successfully
for a year and his dedication, passion and hard work allowed the shop
to flourish under his Management.
In 2003 James's job role totally changed and he began to work in the
Head Office, first as a production Manager and then in 2005 as a company
Director. |
