Our succulent Chickens are supplied by Banham Poultry
who are based in Norfolk. They are delivered into our shops every day to
ensure that we only use the freshest products.
Our Loin Ribs are supplied by a British company in the Midlands. We choose
to use Back ribs rather than belly ribs as we believe that back ribs contain
more meat and less fat. We marinade our ribs in our very own secret recipe
to give them a distinctive flavour that will keep our customers coming
back.
Our Rock Eel comes from Canada, our Scampi is caught in Ireland and our
Sausages are made in Essex. We source the world to offer our customers
the best possible products we can find.
