The majority of our Managers have been promoted within our stores. This enables them to understand the business from the bottom up. Our Managers and their Assistants all carry out an intensive 3 month training programme where they learn everything that a Manager and an Assistant needs to know. They work in one of our ‘Dedicated Staff Training Shops' alongside one of our staff trainers. Our staff trainers nurture you through your training period so that you have the confidence in your own ability to run one of our busy stores.

As you work hard we think you deserve to be paid a salary that reflects this. In 2009 our average Manager earned £33k (including bonuses) and our average Assistant Manager earned £21k ( including bonuses). Not only do we believe that you should be paid a salary that reflects your hard work but we believe that whilst working for us you should have fun! We have teamed up with Red Letter to offer you some fantastic once in a life time experiences, this can be anything from driving a Ferrari to an SAS training day! All we ask is that you give your best everyday.
We are currently looking to expand throughout the South East of England by acquiring existing business and taking advantage of neighbourhood shopping centres in new housing developments. We want to expand at a rate that suits us. We don't see the point of possibly damaging what we have achieved by rushing things. Let's take our time and build a business we can all be proud of.
